The large generator library currently combines the MIT-licensed QuoteSlate dataset with the English Quotes dataset by Abir ELTAIEF, whose dataset card states a CC BY 4.0 licence and identifies Goodreads pages as its collection source. The WordPress server downloads the files, rejects malformed and explicitly flagged records, removes duplicates and serves the resulting cache locally.
